Benefits & Reciprocity

Configure member benefits and reciprocity agreements in the admin portal.

How to do it

Configure Member Benefits

  1. Go to Benefits > Member Benefits.
  2. Create benefit rules for membership types.
  3. Set discount percentages or fixed amounts.
  4. Define eligibility criteria.
  5. Save and activate rules.

Set Up Reciprocity Agreements

  1. Go to Benefits > Reciprocity.
  2. Add partner clubs or associations.
  3. Configure reciprocal rates and conditions.
  4. Set booking windows for reciprocal members.
  5. Activate the agreement.

Review Benefit Usage

  1. Go to Benefits > Reports.
  2. View benefit applications by type.
  3. Track discount amounts and frequency.
