Monitor wallet balances, transactions, and outbox processing for tenant operations.

How to do it

View Wallet Balance

  1. Go to Wallets in the admin portal.
  2. Search for a player by name or email.
  3. View current balance and currency.

Review Transaction History

  1. Select a wallet.
  2. Go to Transactions tab.
  3. Filter by date, type, or status.
  4. View transaction details.

Process Manual Adjustment

  1. Select a wallet.
  2. Click Add Adjustment.
  3. Enter amount and reason.
  4. Submit for approval (if required).

  • Refunds are processed to correct destination.

Troubleshooting

  • Stalled outbox? Verify worker health and retry status.
  • Balance incorrect? Review recent transactions.
  • Refund failed? Check wallet status (must be Open).
