Manage clubs, their settings, and operational metadata in TeeTime Admin.

How to do it

Create a New Club

  1. Go to Clubs in the admin portal.
  2. Click Add Club.
  3. Fill in club details (name, address, contact).
  4. Configure booking policy.
  5. Save the club.

Update Booking Policy

  1. Select the club from the list.
  2. Go to Booking/Access Policy tab.
  3. Update rules (advance booking window, cancellation policy).
  4. Save changes.

Configure Memberships

  1. Select the club.
  2. Go to Memberships tab.
  3. Define membership types and rates.
  4. Save configuration.

Troubleshooting

  • Club not visible? Check role permissions and tenant context.
  • Policy updates not saving? Verify required fields and retry.
  • Can't add courses? Create the course first in Courses section.
