Review and manage all bookings across clubs and courses.

How to do it

Find a Booking

  1. Go to Bookings in the admin portal.
  2. Use search to find by reference, player name, or email.
  3. Apply filters (date, course, status).
  4. Click on a booking to view details.

Modify a Booking

  1. Find and open the booking.
  2. Click Modify.
  3. Change time, players, or options.
  4. Save changes (player receives notification).

Process a Cancellation

  1. Find and open the booking.
  2. Click Cancel Booking.
  3. Select refund option (based on policy).
  4. Confirm cancellation.

Troubleshooting

  • Booking not found? Check date filters and club scope.
  • Status mismatch? Refresh and verify webhook updates.
  • Refund failed? Check payment provider status.
